• Production time – Lead time is approximately 2-3 weeks. However, for items which will take longer lead time, you will be notified thru e-mail upon receipt of your order.
• Shipping time thru courier is 1-2 business days within Metro Manila and 2-4 business days in provinces. It is better to give enough allowance for production and shipping before you place your order.
• Once the order is submitted, it will immediately be forwarded to production section. It is advised to finalize your order first before submitting it.
• All our products are 100% handmade. Some minute variations on color, shape, texture are “sometimes” unavoidable. But rest assured that we are always trying our best to avoid quality problems/issues.
• Please note also that some computer monitors may have various color and saturation settings which can alter the hue of the photos and this sadly is already beyond our control.
