What if my package does not arrive on time due to shipping delay?
Manila Wedding Favors will not be liable for any delay in delivery due to weather, or other unforeseen problems. It is better to give enough allowance for production and shipping time before you place your order.

Is there a shipping fee?
Yes, there’s a minimal shipping fee depending on the quantity of order and place of delivery.

Damages
All our items undergo strict quality checking and will be shipped in good condition. Each item is also securely packed before it is picked up by the courier / shipping agent. Manila Wedding Favors is not liable for any damage that may occur during shipping.
