What is the production time for out of stock items?
Lead time is approximately 2-3 weeks. However, for items which will take longer lead time, you will be notified thru e-mail upon receipt of your order.

Shipping time thru courier is 1-2 business days within Metro Manila and 2-4 business days in provinces.

What Information Do You Collect From Me?
When you make a purchase with, you submit your name, email address, and delivery address. This information allows us to fulfill your orders and to contact you should the need arise. Information gathered on this site will only be used for delivery of your items. Your information will NEVER be made available to third party companies and NEVER be sold to mailing list distributors.

Is Shopping On Your Site Secure?
Yes our Shopping option is safe and secured with the Rapid SSL security certificate that we are using.

Will I receive an email confirmation of my order and tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been received. Once your order has been processed and shipped out, you will receive a tracking number.

Can I personalize the item/s I want to order?
No, we don’t personalize any item.

Can I order a certain color I want which is not listed on the website?
Yes, please indicate your chosen color in your Order Notes upon ordering on this website. We don’t work on Pantones though. The shade nearest to your chosen color is what’s going to be produced.

Can you also provide the individual packaging (for example acetate / clear boxes, etc.) for a certain item?
Currently, we do not provide the individual gift boxes / personalized gift boxes.
